Job Description :

Successful candidates are expected to help us realize our corporate mission to be a leading player in the fund management industry. The following positions are available.

1. HEAD, DISTRIBUTION AND SALES

Key responsibilities
* To plan and implement strategic sales program and recruitment of Unit Trust Consultants initiatives
* To create an effective and efficient environment for sales team to move forward in meeting the sales and recruitment target
* To lead and manage the sales team to provide effective marketing services to branches, IUTA, MARA collecting point by providing training and guidance for effective execution

Requirements
* Master / Degree in Marketing / Finance / Business Administration / Business Management or its equivalent
* Minimum of seven (7) years working experience in sales and distribution channel of the financial services industry
* Good presentation, interpersonal and marketing skills
* Good networking and wide coverage of contacts
* Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorisation Card and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is an advantage
* Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Good understanding of unit trust system and technology


2. EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS

Key responsibilities
* To prepare full set of financial accounts
* To prepare financial and management reports, taxation and liase with the relevant authorities

Requirements
* Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
* Minimum of three (3) years working experience in similar capacity
* Possess analytical mind, meticulous and flair with figures
* Self motivated with leadership qualities, result oriented and able to meet deadlines
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Excellent written and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Computer literacy in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel


3. EXECUTIVE, TRUST ADMINISTRATION & SERVICES


Key responsibilities
* To be responsible in monitoring of unit trust operations activities to ensure smooth running of the department in accordance with the company policies, Securities Commission Act 1993 and Guidelines on Unit Trust Funds
* To ensure all business transactions are processed according to the policies and procedures
* To assist immediate supervisor in preparing working papers and other tasks assigned

Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or its equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year working experience in the unit trust industry, banking environment or business management related area
* Preference will be given to those with knowledge of the unit trust and / or fund management industry, auditing and / or securities industry
* Good report writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills


4. OFFICER, ACCOUNTS


Key responsibilities
* To carry out daily routine in Unit Trust Funds Accounts which include preparing receipt, payment voucher, daily price calculation and bank reconciliation
* Responsible in preparing unit trust funds income distribution statements, produce vouchers and warrants to be distributed with annual reports

Requirements
* Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
* Working experience in relevant field is an added advantage
* Able to handle full set of accounts
* Able to work long hours
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Computer literacy in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel


5. CLERK


Requirements
* Possess minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year working experience in clerical work
* Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorisation Card is an advantage
* Independent, self-motivated and possess pleasant personality
* Computer literacy in MS Office application


6. PEMANDU


Kelayakan
* Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP) / Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR)
* Memiliki lesen memandu kelas B2 dan D yang sah dan pengalaman memandu selama 2 tahun
* Mempunyai rekod trafik yang bersih
* Boleh membaca dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dengan baik
* Mahir dengan jalan-jalan sekitar Lembah Kelang

Keutamaan diberi kepada calon-calon yang tinggal di kawasan Subang Jaya, Shah Alam dan kawasan yang berdekatan.
